Order Processing
Your jacket order placed via our Online Shopping Cart will be forwarded directly to an IdentityJACKETS Customer Service Representative. The Representative will contact you by phone, email or fax to confirm your order.

Made-To-Order and Custom Design Jacket orders must be called in to identityJACKETS at 1 877 905-1441. Our Customer Service Representative will prepare your order and advise the lead time needed to ship your order.

Payment Methods Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for In-Stock, Immediate Ship Jacket Orders. Prepayment by Company Check or Cashiers Check is accepted for Made-To-Order and Custom Design Orders.

Shipping
S&H is based on gross shipping weight, zip code, business or residential delivery and handling from our Minnesota warehouse. Same-Day to 48 hour shipment for blank, in-stock orders received and approved by noon CST.

Stock Availability
Every attempt is made to retain adequate stock in all styles and sizes. Should we unfortunately sell out of a size, replacement inventory will be brought in as soon as possible. Such replacement time expectations will be advised on a case-by-case basis.

In-Stock Jackets
There are no minimum order requirements for In-Stock jackets. Order as little as a single jacket upto the quantity you need to fulfill your group needs. Order conveniently On-Line. Call or Fax or Email your order using our toll-free phone and fax numbers. Payment by credit card is required.

Made-To-Order Jackets
A minimum order of 12 jackets per style # is required. The number of days required to produce your order depends on numerous factors. Generally 3 to 7 weeks is needed. The IdentityJACKETS Customer Service Representative will advise the estimate lead time when your order is placed. Pre-Payment by Company or Personal check is required for your jacket order to be produced.

Custom-Made Jackets
200 piece minimum. Offshore production lead-time for delivery depends on mode of transportation; ocean or air. Approximate door-to-door time frame for air freight delivery is 6 weeks plus sample prep time. Approximate door-to-door time frame for ocean freight delivery is 10 weeks plus sample prep time.

Returns and Exchanges
A return authorization number is required for all returns or exchanges. Call identityJACKETS for a return authorization number and instructions. Returns and exchanges will be accepted in resalable condition within 30 days of shipment. Customer is responsible for all S&H.
