Order Processing
Your order on-line shopping cart order will be forwarded directly to a customer service representative who will contact you by phone, email or fax you to confirm your order.

Visa or MasterCard, Prepayment or COD with cashiers check or money order and open terms to established business accounts with approved credit.

Shipping
S&H, based on weight, zip and handling from our MN warehouse will be added to customer's invoice. Same Day to 48 hour shipping for blank, in-stock orders received and approved by 11:00pm CST.

Stock Availability
Every attempt is made to retain adequate stock in all styles and sizes. Should we unfortunately sell out of a size, replacement inventory will be brought in as soon as possible. Such replacement time expectations will be advised on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-Made Jackets
200 piece minimum. Offshore production lead-time for delivery depends on mode of transportation; ocean or air. Approximate door-to-door time frame for air freight delivery is 6 weeks plus sample prep time. Approximate door-to-door time frame for ocean freight delivery is 10 weeks plus sample prep time.

Samples
Samples in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund less a 5% restocking. A return authorization number is required for any return. Call identityJACKETS for the return authorization and return instructions.
